#CHTK Crew Workout

There is NO Self-Defense Class scheduled for week. However, there will be a structured workout hosted by the Club Hard To Kill Crew. These are the folks that regularly attend our biweekly Self-Defense Class. They will do a 15 min Striking Warm Up followed by a 20 min Strength & Conditioning Circuit.
